- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
- The request is submitted within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us via email.
We do not accept returns for size-related issues, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with color or fabric. We strongly encourage all customers to review our size guide carefully before placing an order.
We do not offer monetary refunds. Only exchanges or store credits are available.
2. Exchange Process

Step 2 — Approval: If your request is eligible, we will review and approve the exchange within 2 business days.
Step 3 — Return Pickup: We will arrange a complimentary pickup for defective or damaged items. Please ensure the item is securely packaged before collection.
Step 4 — Replacement Dispatch: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the replacement will be dispatched within 5–7 business days.

By completing a purchase with FineLegends, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy. Any disputes will be addressed amicably through our email support team. Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the product purchased and does not extend to indirect or consequential losses. Customers are encouraged to inspect their orders upon delivery and report any issues promptly within the 48-hour window.
